Appt Corporation is committed to encouraging diversity and equality across its business. From 6 April 2017 employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff have been required by law to publish gender pay gap data on their websites. Appt Corporation gender pay statistics for the past two years are set out below.

 

Gender Pay Gap Data for 2017 – 2018 

Women’s hourly rate is 5% lower (mean) and 2% lower (median)

Top salary quartile has 51% men and 49% women

Upper middle salary quartile has 46% men and 54% women

Lower middle salary quartile has 28% men and 72% women

Lower salary quartile has 43% men and 57% women

Women’s bonus pay is 33% lower (mean) and 48% lower (median)

6% of men and 2% of women received bonus pay

Women’s hourly rate is 5% lower (mean) and 1% lower (median)

Top salary quartile has 57% men and 43% women

Upper middle salary quartile has 48% men and 52% women

Lower middle salary quartile has 29% men and 71% women

Lower salary quartile has 46% men and 54% women

Women’s bonus pay is 3% lower (mean) and 1% higher (median)

5% of men and 2% of women received bonus pay
